The members of the "CSR committee" as the across-the-board organization are representative partners of each section.

Chemicals are used widely in our daily life and greatly contribute to the development of technology. However, some chemicals can be dangerous and we may not be provided with adequate knowledge of their danger or toxicity. In case hazardous chemicals are handled inappropriately or abused, there is a possibility this could have a significant adverse effect on human health and the environment.

Companies are engaged in the business of growth and profit but they also must run their businesses in alignment with their corporate visions through active communications with stakeholders* and contributions to the sound development of society. Since our company founding in 1998, we have been working behind the scenes in support of the progress of science and technology by providing reagents and semiconductor chemicals to our customers. We are now committed to operate our business on the basis of positive contributions to society.

The "CSR Committee" was created in 2022. We have now centralized our efforts the CSR Committee, which continuously works to promote "CSR" activities to all employees as a single organization.

* The stakeholder generally means an individual, a corporation, or a group, such as, the customers, the suppliers, the owners of a firm, the shareholders, the employees and their families, the local residents, the local government, the bank holding their interests, or anyone else who have an interest in, or are affected by, the result of our corporate activities
